InnerDance is a somatic sound journey that invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself and explore what is moving within you. You lie down on a mat while music, sounds, scents and intuitive touch support a deeper state of being, awareness and inner connection. Some journeys feel calm and grounding, others emotional, insightful or deeply moving. Every experience is different. There is nothing you need to do, perform or achieve. You are invited to simply arrive as you are and allow the experience to unfold in your own way. What does a session look like? Arrival - Settle in and connect with an intention or simply with curiosity. The Journey - Around 90 minutes on a mat, lying down with eyes closed. Integration - Time to notice, reflect, share or simply be. InnerDance is an invitation. A space to reconnect with your body, your inner wisdom and your own rhythm. Please bring: comfortable clothing.
