A consciously held space to feel, sense and reconnect with your inner wisdom. A full day to return into contact with yourself, through music, the body, sensation and intuition. The journey is open and process-oriented: a space where movement, emotions, inner images or stillness can each find their place. We begin the morning in a circle, with time to connect to what is present for you, a theme, a question or simply curiosity. The core of the day is an extended InnerDance sound journey, gently supported by plant allies. In the afternoon and evening, space opens for integration, reflection, and sharing, before the day comes to a close in circle and with a shared meal. The day is held in both English and German.
