Since 2016, I have been guiding people through yoga, meditation, embodiment and therapeutic somatic practices, creating spaces where they can reconnect with themselves in a deeper, more honest way.
My approach is rooted in the understanding that true wellbeing doesn't come from pushing harder or becoming someone else. It begins by learning to listen—to the body, the breath, our emotions, our inner wisdom, and the subtle signals we often overlook in everyday life.
Whether in a yoga class, a retreat, a one-to-one session or an embodied ritual, I invite people into an experience rather than a performance. A space where movement and stillness become a language, the nervous system can settle, and strength and softness are cultivated together.
Many people come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, navigating life transitions, healing from heartbreak, recovering from physical challenges, searching for a deeper sense of purpose, or simply longing for a different way of living. They often leave feeling more grounded, more present, more connected to their hearts and to their own truth—not because I give them answers, but because they learn to hear their own.
I welcome beginners as well as experienced practitioners. My work is trauma-informed, holistic and deeply human, integrating movement, breath, mindfulness, transpersonal psychology, yoga psychology and embodiment to support greater self-awareness, inner trust and a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
I accompany you on the journey of remembering, trusting and embodying who you already are. Because when we learn to inhabit ourselves with greater awareness and kindness, life begins to unfold from a more authentic place.
