Born in Namibia and rooted between Southern Africa and Switzerland, I feel at home in many places. My path has not always been linear, but it has been real, shaped by many experiences, different cultures and inner processes. I have found myself in many roles: as a single mother, a caregiver, a sister, a facilitator and a woman on a journey of remembering, returning to what has always been there. What I offer today is lived, embodied experience, shaped by challenges, curiosity and continuous learning. I trust in the wisdom of the body. That emotions want to be felt and acknowledged. That integration begins when we allow ourselves to be with what is present, without rushing, without forcing. Alongside group spaces, I also offer 1:1 systemic constellations. Often, certain experiences continue to unfold after a session, bringing up emotions, questions, or inner images that ask for space. Sometimes, that is already enough. A moment of witnessing. Alongside this, I also hold deeper immersive spaces where your inner journey can be gently supported by plant allies. This work is approached as slow medicine, rooted in respect, presence and integration. The focus is never on the substance, but on the inner process, the body and the unfolding of one’s own experience. At the core of my work is the creation of a space. A space where you can meet yourself, honestly, gently and at your own pace. I am here to hold space for what wants to be seen. And I look forward to walking a part of that path with you.
